Most of us have heard of Blackboard. Blackboard offers a content management system (CMS) for education. That is, its designed to allow you to create online courses with all of the features and functionality needed to support an online course. Blackboard is not a free product, and they target K-12 and higher ed. They do; however, offer a free version. You can create up to 5 courses for free.
